8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases, and we may delete all associated data or Submissions.
9. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising under or related to them or your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any action to enforce these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

11. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ryancronin.me regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
